With effect from Monday 26th May, our centres will be open as follows:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1)
Everyone who comes to the foodbank for emergency food
needs to have a valid foodbank voucher.

For a voucher, please call – 07385 921627 (Mon to Fri – 0900 to 1200hrs) or Freephone 0808 208 2138 (Mon to Fri – 0900 to 1700hrs)

2)
All clients MUST bring bags with them to the foodbank.
We do not have any spare bags.

3)
Clients will need to provide address identification for everyone that is covered by the voucher. This could be a benefit award letter, council tax bill,
bank statement, utility bill, doctors’ letter or tenancy agreement.

If you have children residing with you permanently then proof of those children will also need to be seen, this can be documentation for Universal
Credit, Child Tax Credit, Child Allowance, Doctors letter or a letter from your children’s school. This information must have the same address as your identification.
Please note, we do not accept passports, birth certificates or red books.
